Bellavoine Caroline

Description

I am passionate about wine and took over this vineyard in Saint-Sernin-du-Plain and Dezize-lès-Maranges in 2003, after having returned to school to become an oenologist. I care for my vines and age my wines with love, and with respect for this beautiful terroir, extracting the very best from each plot. I take an organic approach and leave the indigenous yeasts to do their thing over long vatting times to ensure finesse and smoothness.
