Description

Château de Montigny, which dates back to the 17th century, is listed as a historic monument. The earthenware factory at Château de Montigny was in operation from 1735, but was destroyed after the Revolution. Come and discover a collection of revolutionary earthenware in the château's dining room. Surrounded by bucolic parkland, ideal for long, shady walks, cycling or horse-riding, as well as family picnics. With the support of the Direction régionale des affaires culturelles Bourgogne-Franche-Comté.

Guided tours: 1 May to 29 September, 12 to 6 pm. From 1 to 31 May: open on 1, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 19, 20, 24, 25, 26 and 31; exceptionally open on 1 and 8 May. In July, Friday to Sunday; exceptionally open on 14 July. In August, Thursday to Sunday. In September, Friday to Sunday. Open during the European Heritage Days, from 10am to 12pm and from 1pm to 7pm.
