Renovated independent house 15 minutes from Guédelon, near the Museum and Colette's house and the Château de Saint Fargeau. On the ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen, living room/lounge, 3 bedrooms: 2 double beds (2 1×140 bed and 190 1×160 bed), 200 single beds (2×1) and 90 pull-out beds 190 person (2×90) in addition, 200 bathroom with separate toilet, 1 shower room and separate toilet. Oil central heating (not included). Baby equipment. Enclosed courtyard with lawn, garden furniture, barbecue, games for children. Possibility of cleaning at end of stay with supplement. Pets accepted on request. Shops: butcher's and pastry shop with bread store 1 km away and all shops 1,5 km away.
