Located in the heart of Puisaye, in the center of MEZILLES: a village classified as a "city of character", this *** gîte is on the first floor (private entrance) of the owners' house. It consists of 2 bedrooms; one with two single beds and one with a double bed. Open kitchen living room; separate toilet, bathroom with shower. Comfortable and well equipped, the owners also offer you at an additional cost: cleaning at the end of your stay and the provision of various linens (bedding, toiletries, table). Suggestions and local points of interest. You will find some local shops in the village (bakery, grocery store, café, restaurant, hairdresser), and can enjoy the many tourist sites in the surrounding area: The medieval construction site of Guédelon, Saint-Fargeau and its "sound and light" shows at the castle, Saint-Sauveur en Puisaye: land of Colette, the Boutissaint animal park, Auxerre land of Arts and History, Gien its porcelain and earthenware, Vézelay and its basilica. You can also relax with numerous leisure activities: fishing, sailing or swimming in calm waters at Lac du Bourdon; walks along the wild banks of the Loire in Bonny, the treetop adventure course in Treigny. You will finally be able to discover the vines and great local wines: Sancerre, Chablis, Irancy…..
