Welcome to the Castle Farm de Saint Fargeau, in Puisaye, where young and old can live an unforgettable experience in the heart of the department of the Yonne in Bourgogne. During your stay in Puisaye-Forterre, the “little farmer” course offers children the opportunity to discover life on the farm in a fun and enriching way. An extraordinary moment for them during your vacation in Puisaye. Supervised by professionals passionate, they will have the opportunity to participate in various activities:
- Animal care
- Creating enrichments for animals
- A sensory journey
- A pony ride
- Treasure hunts
- Carriage ride
- And lots of other activities…
In addition to the daily tasks of the farmer, educational games and creative workshops are organized to stimulate the curiosity and imagination of budding small farmers, for half a day on the farm. It is a real immersion in the daily life of farmers, where every moment is an opportunity for learning and discovery for children.
What age to participate in the course?
This learning is intended for children from 6 to 12 years old, who wish to participate in farm activities during this time.
What are the training hours?
It takes place every Friday afternoon during school holidays (all areas combined) from 13:30 PM to 17PM.. During the winter holidays, you can participate on Tuesday afternoons.
How to book and what are the prices?
Reservation is compulsory. (Minimum number of 5 and maximum of 12). Price: 30€ per half day (5€ reduction for siblings). Snack included.
