Description
(D/A) Departure from Place de l’Église.
Take Rue de Saint-Prix due east. Arriving at the fountains of Saint-Prix, turn right towards the hamlet of Grand Banny. Continue on this portion of the road to arrive at the hamlet of Ouvots.
(1) In the large curve that the road describes, go straight down, leaving the side paths which serve the houses. The main street ends with a path.
(2) Go straight on for approximately 200m. On the left, a tunnel allows you to switch onto a cross path. At the exit of this passage under an old railway line, turn right. Continue and reach a crossroads. Go up on the left.
(3) Facing the hedge, turn right, leaving the next two paths on the left.
(4) Turn left onto the asphalt road. At the next intersection, go left.
(5) Enter the hamlet of Deffand from the left. Go straight through the side intersections.
(6) In front of the castle, turn right and right again at the next crossroads. Continue and reach a cross road in front of an agricultural building. Turn right.
(5) Take the road on the left towards Lain. Pass in front of the monument dedicated to Alfred Saison.
(7) In the curve that this road describes, before the houses, turn right onto the path. Maintain this southwest direction. After the zig-zag, turn right, leaving the path in front (signs for another route). Arrive at a cross path which happens to be an old railway line.
(8) Turn right until you reach the road. Go down this to the left, forgetting the start of the path on the left.
(9) At the entrance to the S-shaped bends, take the path on the right. Continue straight ahead to arrive at Grand Banny. Facing the cross, turn right and at the last houses on the left, turn left.
(10) Take the path on the left, then the first path on the right and follow it to the hamlet of Gallons, which you must cross while keeping the small road.
(11) Cross and head opposite towards Les Brûlés. Pass the antenna pylon on the left.
This small road ends in a dirt road which leads to an entrance to the village of Saints. Go down Rue de la Malrue to the right, then pass in front of the church to find the starting point (D/A).
