Route details
Description
Parking located on Grande Rue in front of the town hall.
(D/A) With your back to the town hall, go to the right onto the Grande Rue. Follow it and cross the level crossing. Just after crossing the latter, turn left onto the dirt road. Go up to reach a Y junction.
(1) Continue climbing starting on the left. Reach a small road.
(2) Turn left. In front of the Fouets voluntary drop-off point, take the right street for about a hundred meters.
(3) Go left following the direction of Argenton. Pass Rue des Fortes Terres on the left. At the entrance to a curve on the left, take a path on the right (electric pole at the corner of the 2 streets). Turn left towards the well and pass between the houses (the configuration of the place suggests that we are in private areas). Rejoin the previously abandoned street and return to the road on the right to find a crow's foot path entrance.
(4) Go down to the left. Leave a start on the left as you pass. Pass by an old pumping station. Afterwards, forget the side departures to reach the Villemorin-le-Haut property. Shortly before the latter, turn right, cross an old hollow path and go down the dividing path between 2 fields. Arriving at the cross path, turn right onto the path. Join a traffic lane.
(5) Execute by crossing a rapid right-left to return to a path lined with high hedges. At the Perreuse farm on the left, go down to join the D950.
(6) Turn right and keep the right shoulder while remaining very vigilant. At the lane on the left indicating Champeaux, carefully cross the D950 and head towards this hamlet. Pass the railway line, cross the Ouanne and shortly after the right angle curve, continue for approximately 100 m.
(7) Turn left and climb a fairly steep path to reach a crossroads of four paths with beautiful views on both sides.
(8) Head to the left. Reach a wider lane descending from the right.
(9) Press lightly on the left to take it. Pass by the Moulin de la Forge Neuve. Continue with one of the arms of the Ouanne below which sometimes takes its place in this valley. On the left, the Château de Dracy can be seen through the foliage, draped in red bricks. Shortly before the first houses, leave the path going to the right. At the Stop sign, join Rue du Château and turn left, crossing with caution. Take the Grande Rue on the right to reach the departure car park (D/A).
