Le Gué de la Musse

Departure is from the Saint-Roch Church in Louesme (parking spaces along the street).

(D/A) Head due west, leave the street on the left, pass the cemetery. Leave the street on the right to continue until the next road on the right. Take this road, direction Les Bonnets for about 1km.

(1)Turn onto the path going down to the left and continue passing through the hamlet of Maisons Blanches. Continue further along the path on the left (not mentioned on the IGN background) until the next T-junction. Turn right.

(2) Continue straight on until the road. Turn right until you reach the next path on the right.

(3) Turn right, crossing the Musse ford further on and continue to reach the road.

(4) Turn left until the next path on the right.

(5) Turn right until the next path arriving on the left.

(6) Continue straight ahead and shortly after, cross the Bois de Beaurain to the next crossroads.

(7) Continue straight ahead, ignoring the next path on the left, continue straight on, passing Annebaude Pond on the right to reach a road. Continue straight on for around fifty meters.

(8) Take the path opposite, letting the road go to the left. Continue straight ahead, crossing the Bois de Bréau until the next path on the left.

(9) Go straight until you reach a new intersection.

(10)Turn right along the Bois de la Boulassière on the right and ignore a little further on the path on the left which goes towards the Bois Planté and continue until the next path on the right.

(11) Continue straight ahead, crossing the Bois de Pimelle and the Bois des Frins to the hamlet les Frins.

(12) Continue along the road until you reach a T-junction.

(13) Turn left until the crossroads with the D132. Cross with caution and follow the wide path opposite until the next T-shaped path.

(14) Go right until you reach the pumping station on the right hand side. Continue the access road until you reach a cross road. Head left and reach the church (D/A).
