Marked hike No. 68. A beautiful walk between aquatic environments and historical environments with the added bonus of an overhang above the village and very beautiful viewpoints.

Description
The start of this route is from the Pôle de Loisirs car park, Chemin du Bignon.
(D/A) Facing the pond, head to the right towards the toilet buildings. Take the path located between the pond and the river. Keep the pond on the left until you reach the footbridge overlooking the overflow of the water reservoir.
At the exit of the footbridge, before the barrier demarcating the car park, go to the right to join the road at the level of a lamp post. Take this road on the right. On the left, the buildings present are the city's former slaughterhouses. Continue on the road and, at the fork, bear right, keeping the stabilized path (leave the paths heading towards the meadows and the pond). Reach a second fork.
(1) Go down towards the Étang des Regains and follow it. It will be on the right hand with the Ouanne on the left. Arrive at the end of the body of water.
(2) Take the footbridge on the left and, at the exit, the path on the right which runs along a fence along the meadow. At the cross path, turn right. Extend this green ribbon with an arm of the Ouanne river on the left. Forget a first footbridge to join a cross path.
(3) Cross the river arm using the left footbridge (the right footbridge leads back to the car park). Walk along the bowling green and reach Rue du Billoy lined with plane trees. Turn left and arrive at a locksmith building on the left.
(4) Pass, turning right, the footbridge spanning a street. Continue this street with the Grange aux Dîmes on the left, then a small car park. Go back up the street opposite, letting Rue Sainte-Anne pass. At the side street (Rue des Ponts), turn left and continue passing the Auberge de Bourgogne on the right. Come out onto the Grande Rue.
(5) Cross and take the sidewalk going to the right. Walk past the Tourist Office, then the Post Office building and, in front of the church, go up left into Rue Saint-Pierre and Saint-Paul. At the cross street, turn right and keep this same street which ends in the Grande Rue. Turn left without crossing. Shortly after passing a carriage entrance, arrive at the direction of Chatillon-Coligny, take the protected passage and cross the Grande Rue.
Go back up Rue de la Fontaine via the side alley on the right. At the crossroads, cross the river by the road bridge, keeping the left sidewalk.
(6) In front of the roundabout island, turn left into Rue de la Gravière. Follow it uphill to reach the Boulats Blancs in a large curve. Continue on the road and, at the intersection with the Road which leads to the place called Le Mouton on the left, find a path on the right.
(7) Take it and go down to the housing estate. At the entrance, go left on a stabilized track. Continue to find on the right, just before the Clos property, a beautiful avenue lined with trees. At the exit onto Rue de la Gravière, turn left and keep the left sidewalk.
(6) Carefully cross this crossroads located between two curves, first going slightly up Rue de la Fontaine (D16) then crossing this street via the protected passage. Arriving on the sidewalk, take it to the left to reach the Pôle de Loisirs (D/A).
