As the house is located in the middle of the village, it is imperative to respect the neighborhood. This place is therefore not suitable for noisy parties. Outdoor music, noise in the evening and at night are not possible.
Thury Castle dates from the 15th century and has been completely renovated with taste and respect for its unique style. Its kitchen, fully equipped and located on the ground floor, is in the former castle cellar. The house also has on the ground floor two large comfortable living rooms (one equipped with a large television), a large dining room bathed in light and a laundry room.
On the second and third floors, the house has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, all renovated and each tastefully decorated, and a mezzanine with a French billiards table.
Located just a few kilometers from the historic village of Saint Sauveur en Puisaye, in the heart of a village with caterer, bread store and playground, the house has a large private garden of 2m000 entirely enclosed by walls, in which there is the old dovecote of the castle, as well as an open terrace.
