You have always wanted to learn to cook and you would like to make this aspiration a reality by signing up for a cooking class, near you or at your vacation spot.

At the Colette House, the Grands Marmitons cooking workshop offers a unique dining experience, inspired by traditional recipes from Colette or anti-waste recipes. Under the leadership by Isabelle Géraud, traveling cook, participants discover the secrets of local gastronomy and create tasty dishes. Isabelle will share with you her love for vegetables and edible flowers. Don't lose a word of its secrets! This friendly workshop is an invitation to dive into Colette's gourmet universe, while sharing warm moments and culinary discovery.

Course of the workshop for the great scullions

Before the cooking class

  • Consult the program and register directly and as quickly as possible on the website from Colette's house or by telephone on 03 86 44 44 05. The hardest part will be choosing your course.
  • Each workshop can accommodate a maximum of 5 participants.
  • It is advisable to arrive 10 minutes before class, in the boutique at Colette's house.

From the apron to the utensils, everything is planned to welcome you in the best conditions. Remember to take your cell phone for beautiful souvenir photos.

The workshops of little scullions are reserved for children between 6 and 12 years old. Registration is strongly recommended on the Maison de Colette website or by telephone at 03 86 44 44 05.

The workshop takes place in the emblematic cuisine of Colette’s houseor a Saint-Sauveur in Puisaye. The kitchen overlooks Sido's fabulous garden. A treat in all seasons. Isabelle Géraud first goes through the recipes. Then, the participants put on their blue aprons and get to work: peeling, cutting, pressing, etc. in an atmosphere that is as relaxed as it is professional. The chef does not fail to visit each participant to give advice and add her two cents.

Enjoy together

The dishes are ready and finely decorated thanks to the flowers and herbs skillfully chosen by Isabelle. Your inspiration will do the rest...Before sitting down to eat together, a photo session of the creations is essential to add to the account instagram of the chef and yours.
